We got great value for our money at the hotel. The room was comfortable and had a rustic charm. The location was serene with beautiful views of the Tuscan hills. The staff treated us with warmth and exceptional service.

There was a short period of time when we couldn't check-in due to the hotel's schedule. The first room we were given was small, dark, and outdated.

The location is not convenient as it is not close to major attractions or main roads. the room furnishings are outdated and in need of renovation. the staff is not very attentive and lacks helpfulness in providing recommendations or advice. the breakfast options are limited and not of good quality. it does not offer a good value for the price paid.

I had a wonderful stay at a rustic and charming villa, Relais Poggio Borgoni. the staff were exceptional and made me feel like I was staying at my family's house. the restaurant served exquisite and delicious meals, and the overall cleanliness and functionality of the property were top-notch. the views from the hotel were also spectacular, especially from the terrace where I enjoyed aperitivi and dinner. I highly recommend trying their own excellent wines. Cons: No mirror without distortion, and no quilt cover provided for the bed.

Good location, 5-minute drive to main roads between Siena and Florence. Quiet countryside setting with great views. Junior suite perfect for autumn/winter with private sitting room. Excellent breakfast choices and quality food in restaurant. Clean rooms with charming furnishings. Lovely seating area outside room for summer.

Best aspects of our xmas stay at this hotel were definitely the delicious food and the friendly staff. The meals at their Trattoria were simply amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, including adjusting the breakfast time for us. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to both Florence and Pisa, allowing us to explore these beautiful cities. Additionally, the views from the hotel were breathtaking, giving us a true taste of the Tuscan countryside.

Worst aspect of our stay was the lack of an elevator on the 2nd floor, which could be inconvenient for guests who require one. Another downside was the occasional appearance of bugs in the bathroom.
